This blend of straight rye aged almost 18 years in new American oak was moved into small-batch Philippine rum casks aged 7 and 10 years, then bottled at 104 proof. Rum raisin, tropical fruit and molasses lead to brown sugar, cinnamon and grilled pineapple, finishing dry with cedar, leather and spicy rye.
