All Sales Are Final
TotalBourbon.com is owned and operated by Total Bourbon LLC, a California limited liability company ("Total Bourbon," "we," "us," or "our"). Because we sell regulated alcoholic beverages, and because state and federal law restrict the return and resale of alcohol, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the limited circumstances described below. Any exception is made solely at Total Bourbon's discretion.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
If a bottle arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise damaged in transit, and you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, we will send an identical replacement where the item is in stock. If the item is no longer available, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the affected item plus the shipping paid on it. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Orders without Shipping Protection are not eligible for damage replacement.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an item you did not order, contact us and we will provide a prepaid return label. Once the incorrect item is received, we will ship the correct item (if in stock) or issue store credit for the purchase price of the incorrect item.
Failed, Refused, or Undeliverable Deliveries
An adult 21+ with valid ID must be present to sign for every delivery. If a shipment is refused, cannot be delivered after the carrier's attempts, or is returned to us because no eligible adult was available to sign, you remain responsible for the full cost of the order. If we issue any refund at our discretion in these circumstances, a 25% restocking fee applies, shipping charges are non-refundable, and for orders that received promotional free shipping a shipping offset will be deducted from any credit. Product returned to us damaged as a result of a failed or refused delivery is not eligible for refund or credit.
Exchanges & Store Credit
Where we agree to an exchange or issue store credit, it is provided at Total Bourbon's discretion and subject to product availability. Store credit is issued to your account and does not expire unless required by law.
Discretionary Exceptions & Restocking Fee
Any return or refund we elect to accept outside the circumstances above is entirely at Total Bourbon's discretion and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are never refunded.
Pre-Shipment Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped. Pre-shipment cancellations may be subject to a processing fee of up to 10% to cover payment-processing and handling costs.
Non-Returnable
Opened, consumed, or tampered products; gift cards; and any item prohibited from return under applicable alcohol-beverage law are non-returnable under all circumstances.
How to Start a Claim
Email us with your order number and, for damage claims, photos of the item and packaging, within the timeframes above. We review each claim individually and will respond with next steps.
Shipping: we ship within the United States only and do not ship to Utah, Mississippi, or Rhode Island, or to P.O. boxes. This policy is subject to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
