This bourbon is crafted to offer a smooth, polished taste and is produced using a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barley. After maturing in American White Oak casks, it boasts a potent and arid fragrance with hints of honey, rye, dried fruits, vanilla, and chocolate. On the palate, it is full-bodied and flavorful, with pronounced notes of apricot, butter, pepper, honey, and oak. The finish is lengthy, with a progression from toffee apples to pecan and caramel.
