Inspired by the iconic Stitzel-Weller distillery, Blade and Bow Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey pays homage through its distinct Solera System aging method, which carefully preserves remnants of the distillery's oldest whiskey reserves, including some of the final batches crafted before its closure in 1992. Blending the solera liquid with other exceptional whiskies aged and bottled at Stitzel-Weller, this bourbon matures in new charred American white oak barrels. It boasts a delicate bouquet of fresh fruit aromas and a flavor profile that encompasses nuances of dried apricot, ripe pear, and sweet roasted grain. The finish lingers with impressions of charred oak and comforting winter spices.
