Barrell Bourbon is a carefully crafted blend of 10- and 11-year-old barrels, created by combining three distinct sub-groups. The first group, rich in tropical fruit, citrus zest, and exotic spice aromas, was selected to define the nose. The second group contributed a sweet, almond-like body with a rich mid-palate. The third group, peppery and tannic, added structure with savory, woodsy, and earthy notes. The resulting blend allows each group to shine, offering a bouquet of ripe tropical fruits and sweet floral aromas, balanced by a bold, rustic woodiness that lingers through the finish.
