Jack Daniel’s 12 Year Old Tennessee Whiskey Limited Release 750ml

The recipe and production method of Jack Daniel's 12-year-old Tennessee Whiskey is identical to that of their standard Tennessee Whiskey, consisting of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. Prior to barrel aging, the unaged whiskey is filtered through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal drop by drop. The aging process of these Tennessee Whiskey barrels has been modified from Jack Daniel's previous aged-stated whiskey process. Initially aged in the upper floors of their barrelhouse, the barrels are then methodically moved to the lower ricks to extend the aging process. The combination of extreme weather changes in different locations of the barrelhouses, along with the prolonged maturation in handmade oak barrels, results in a unique and intense character of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey at 107 proof.
