    Product Details

Cascahuin Blanco Tequila is a premium, small-batch tequila that exemplifies the art of traditional Mexican distillation. Crafted from 100% blue weber agave harvested from the mineral-rich soils of the Jalisco highlands, this crystal-clear tequila undergoes a meticulous production process that preserves the agave's natural flavors and aromas. The piñas, or hearts of the agave plants, are slow-roasted in brick ovens, then crushed and fermented using proprietary yeast strains to unlock the plant's complex, herbaceous notes. The resulting liquid is then twice-distilled in copper pot stills, a technique that imparts a smooth, elegant mouthfeel and subtle minerality. Cascahuin Blanco's balanced profile features bright citrus, fresh green herbs, and a clean, peppery finish that make it an excellent choice for sipping or mixing into classic tequila cocktails. This artisanal tequila is a testament to the skilled hands and deep traditions that have been passed down for generations in Jalisco, Mexico's tequila heartland.
